Generated Revenue from Our App:
This section shows the total revenue generated from the app, broken down into upsell and cross-sell revenues.
Number of Products Converted:
This section displays the total number of products that were successfully purchased through upsell and cross-sell tactics.
Understanding Upsell and Cross-Sell
Upsell:
Definition: Upsell occurs when a customer accepts an offer by clicking the "add to cart" button within the widget.
Example: A customer is viewing a product page for a Camera. Within the bundle widget, they see an offer for a lense plus the camera. They click "add to cart", resulting in an upsell.
Note: This also includes single products
Cross-Sell:
Definition: Cross-sell happens when a customer navigates to a product by clicking the image of the product within the widget, and then proceeds to purchase that product.
Example: A customer is viewing a product page for a camera. Within the widget, they see a suggested accessory, such as a lens. They click on the image of the lens, navigate to its product page, and purchase the lens, resulting in a cross-sell.

Why is my generated revenue showing £0.00?
- If your generated revenue is showing £0.00, it means that there have been no successful upsell or cross-sell transactions within the selected time period. Check your product and bundle settings to ensure they are optimized for conversions.
How often is the data refreshed?
- The data in the analytics section is refreshed every 10 minutes to provide you with the most current performance metrics.
What can I do if my conversion number is 0?
- If the number of products converted is 0, review your upsell and cross-sell strategies. Consider adjusting your offers, improving product pairings, or utilizing discounts to incentivize purchases.
Can I see data for a different period?
