AI bundles use the magic of AI and machine learning to predict what a customer might want to add to their cart when viewing a specific product. It shows the next two products that a customer might like to add and offers them as a bundle. These bundles can be incentivized with discounts to encourage customers to add more to their cart.
How AI Bundles Work
AI bundles are site-wide offers that will show when there aren’t any manual bundles triggered. You can create manual bundles that override AI bundles in specific circumstances. For more details on manual bundles, refer to the manual bundles FAQ.
Best Practices
Naming bundle:
Call the bundle a generic name that will work on all your bundles sitewide. Example: Frequently Bought Together
Optimal Number of Products:
We recommend showing three products within a bundle. Any more can feel overcrowded, while two is also effective, three is the sweet spot for best results.
Exclusions:
Exclude products you don't want to show in a bundle, such as free gifts or shipping protection. Simply click the exclude button to remove these items.
Exclude certain products from being triggered on specific pages where you don't want a bundle to appear.
